Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Chardi.ai, including the website, dashboard, and related services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

Chardi.ai discovers grants, tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and framework agreements, screens eligibility against the documents you provide, and helps you draft proposals. The Service surfaces opportunities and produces analysis to support your decisions. It does not guarantee that any opportunity is current, accurate, complete, or that you will win any award. You are responsible for verifying every opportunity with the issuing body before you act on it.

3. Accounts and your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service output beyond your own organization, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to reach, interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the Service to break any law or any third party portal terms. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless noted otherwise. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled. We will give notice before any change to recurring pricing, and a price change takes effect on your next billing cycle. The free tier is provided as described in the Service and may change.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, belongs to Chardi Technologies and is protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of the content and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to operate the Service for you. We do not use your uploaded vault content to train models and we do not share it across organizations. Output generated for you may be used for your own business purposes.

7. Privacy and data handling

Our handling of personal data and uploaded documents is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the Service you agree to that policy.

8. Disclaimers and warranties

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opportunity data, eligibility scores, or drafted text will be accurate or fit for any specific submission. Eligibility analysis is decision support, not legal or procurement advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chardi Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost awards, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends. Data deletion and retention after termination are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in India, unless mandatory local law gives you a different forum. This clause is a placeholder pending legal review and may change before launch.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated terms here and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use of the Service after a posted change means you accept the updated terms.
