What we collect

When you sign up we record your email, name, and the company profile you enter. When you upload a document to the Compliance Vault we store the file and the metadata you tag it with. When you use the platform we record analytics events that let us improve match quality and surface bugs.

How we use your data

We use your company profile and vault documents to match you against opportunities and to generate eligibility reports. Your vault never leaves your organization context. We do not train models on your vault content. We do not share data across organizations.

Storage and security

Vault files are stored in Google Cloud Storage with AES-256 encryption at rest, KMS managed keys, and access scoped to your organization. Database records live in Cloud SQL (Postgres) in the us-central1 region. All traffic is encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You can export your data and delete your account from Settings. We honor data subject requests under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and DPDP (India). Email aaryan@chardi.ai for any privacy question or to file a request.

Subprocessors

Google Cloud Platform (compute, storage, database, AI). Firebase Auth (authentication). Stripe (billing). Resend (transactional email). Sentry (error monitoring).

Changes

We will post material changes here and email account holders. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance.
